If you are experiencing problems with aScanGuard application, it is really helpful for us to have the log files from the software in order to diagnose and fix the problem. Rest assured that no personal, identifiable information is stored in the log files - it simply outputs the actions and processes the software takes.
To generate log files on Windows OS:
The log files can also be manually located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\ScanGuard\logs\ or C:\Program Files\ScanGuard\logs\
To generate log files on Mac OSX:
The log files can also be manually located at: ~/Library/Application Support/ScanGuard/logs/
To navigate to this location, use Finder and select Go to folder in the menu bar.
