You may find that your device is running slow due to having some conflicting apps running at the same time as ScanGuard.
This can happen when you have more than one antivirus application installed which has a Real-Time protection function built in.
When that happens, we recommend that you uninstall the conflicting application and once that's done, restart your device. Other AV applications may also prevent the download of our install file or the installation itself. If that happens you may need to disable your current AV for the time being or uninstall it altogether.
