Firewall blocked a connection

In the event that you are seeing the notification 'Firewall blocked a connection,' it is likely that you have your 'Outbound Traffic' setting as OFF. 

Within your ScanGuard application you have a section dedicated to Firewall settings. 

These controls allow you to manage both incoming and outgoing network traffic based on your settings.

Follow the simple steps below to re-enable this setting which will remove the blocked notification you are currently faced with. 

Step 1: Open up you ScanGuard application 

Step 2: Select 'Web Security' option on the left-hand side

Step 3: Select the 'Firewall' tile

Step 4: Use the toggle to turn on 'Allow Outbound Traffic'
